  I Rented a house here 2008,i think 4 6 months,house in phase 1,15,000 for a month..i like the place,they have a nice road where you can run and walk,some neighbors are nice but i encounter mean neighbore too,anyway it doesnt bother me at all. nice to hav a house in ph 1 very quiet,i suppossed to buy a lot in this subd.but the guards at the gate who are on duty,they didnt let me in,their reasons was there is no agent duty at the clubhouse,so i turn around,and i saw Villa caceres just infront of La hoya subd. Right now,im residing and owning house and lot in Villa Caceres ph 1
