I have to agree,no hot water, the bedding's are not clean, no laundry facilities, avoid Annex 2 it smells of excrement due to a squat toilet on the side of the building. The place is built for students at the Nairobi university therefore the staff does not care if you complain, since every semester they will change. The cafeteria is expensive on a budget. All in all, avoid it if you can.For the price it is not worth it.
