The idea of establishing a world-class-medical-care in Egypt with unique and high quality medical services originated in February 1992. The construction phase started in July 1996, the consultants during this phase were Egyptian, American and British architectures such as RBSD, an American company specialized in hospital design; BOVIS, project consultants company; Constain Samcrete general contractor, Nile Aster for electromechanical works and Dr. Shaker consultants office.


The hospital is located in the touristic area of Sixth of October city, 20 minutes from the Center of Cairo, with a higher ground elevation of 150 meters than Cairo altitude. Moreover, 80% of total land represents green areas and parking space in order to ensure fresh air and relaxing atmosphere for patient recovery.
