The Rasul Barrage, constructed in 1967, has a maximum flow of 850,000 ft³/s (24,000 m³/s).
Barrage and bridge over the river Jhelum. Used to divert water into man made irrigation canals used to serve the agricultural areas of the Punjab Province.

  • This is a picnic spot for the people of Mandi Bahauddin. Every year on the occasion of Eid you can see too much rush here. Here you can see lakes, canals, mountains & forests.
  • this is not a picnic spot.all this is for hunting in winter when 100s of ducks covers the sky.we goes for hunting every week a month.(dead shooters)
  • i used to stay at patthar kotthi and at dawn get up with father and shoot ducks from 74-77 nov and dec and jan months, i wonder is there any one who can tell me how to book patthar kotthi and from whom?? for a few weeks/and what about hunting ducks how does one do it now since the place is a refuge??
