  • Unfortunately, Lakeside seems to be a bit empty and unfinished compared to some similar parks and marinas. The fact that the lake itself has notices up warning against the toxicity of its water doesn't help matters. It appears to be yet another instance of Doncaster Council getting big ideas which ultimately fail.

  • What an admirable resource. The walkway and fresh breeze from rhe lake on a remarkably hot sunny Sunday was an unexpected delight. It impressed this visitor to the locality and made a positive impact on my preconceived ideas of Doncaster.
