  very clean water that you can see through down to 3`ft but look out if its the Jelly-Fish season... do not go into water. If some one gets stung by Jellyfish strings, Do Not rub sand on it or apply Onions on it these old mythical sayings does not work. There are very small poison darts stuck to the skin, if you rub them ? you are pushing them more deeper into the skin. The best way is to wash the skin with Alcohol as it breaks the molecules of the poison chemical , but you cant get any so just use "Super Petrol" (Gasoline). apply some petrol rub gently and wash with more petrol again. The Petrol its self can cause rashes so do not apply many times and stop as the burning goes down. If a small child get stung by Jelly-Fish then take him/her to a hospital because there body fluid ratio is much low against the amount of poison injected. Even in elders, large amount of Jelly-Fish poison injected can result with cramps in stomach, Fatigue and Panic followed by fever within few hours, but goes away in a day. One way to avoid Jelly-Fish stings is to ware a thin satin like suit all over your body (i.e wetsuit) if the the Jelly-Fish cant touch your skin you are safe, The poison darts are fired only when they touch the chemicals on your skin.
