  Right now due to urgency created by haryana government to either construct or loose your plot by 31.12.2008, the land price is very less (may be less than 30K P.syd), but the scene will change in a very short period as a lot of construction activity is going on and after this dead line of 31 dec the supply of property will be less and demand for built up property will increase with the commissioning of park centra, DLF Silokhera SEZ, sector 29 etc.
