Underwent reconstruction near the end of the twentieth century. The process reduced its size and zebra crossings were replaced by traffic lights. The new design was based upon a roundabout located in France. This resulted in an intentional slant on the roundabout. However, failure to factor in the regular rains of Irish weather, the model results in large bodies of water accumulating.
