Island formed in North Dublin Bay after the construction of the North Bull Wall in about 1800. Now a bird sanctuary, 5km long sandy beach (Dollymount Strand) and two golf courses.

It's just not an island, because Causeway Road is not a bridge (if I saw true there is not any water above this road).
