Some debate over whether this was a manufactured gas plant (aka coal gas or town gas) or a glass factory (Carr-Lowrey Glass Co.) What's not debatable is that it's gone.

  • actually this was Carr-Lowry Glass company from the 1880s until its demolition in roughly 2003 by Turner. The blue material is glass making ingredients, they did make blue glass objects.
