  I've been renting here for a little while - this place is great if you work in the city. Its 10 min door to door for me to Liverpool St. The apartments are also pretty good and modern. As for the area, its not great but its a lot better than what I thought it would be. Its even got some nice cafes - ultimately, you can get anywhere pretty quickly from Hackney. Also found it completely safe, this building is mostly working professionals and even walking around my gf or I have never been bothered or felt unsafe. I felt more nervous in the west end. For the price, its great value that you can't beat anywhere near central london.
