  • Empire's downtown should be remodeled, with more shops, roundabouts, and trees! PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU THINK THE SAME! Empire is a town that has been neglected like Shackelford, Bystrom, and Bret Harte. Empire should have at least a welcoming sign with slogan, which it has not! Leave your opinion! Empire deserves a better future!!!
