Formely Manac which were manufacturers of thermally sound trailer bodies. In the 2001, Manac corporation announced that the plant would be closed. Despite a concerted effort to entice a new manufacturer into the space, the facilities remain without a permanent tenant. Honda considered the space for use as a diesel engine manufacturing plant, but these plans were aborted.
