Seven-story mixed-use building with over 400 lofts, offices on the first floor and a commercial area on the ground floor.

Originally designed c.1945 by Jorge Bunge (1893-1961) for the textile company Manufactura Algodonera Argentina, the building was refurbished as lofts between 1998 and 2000 on a Dujovne-Hirsch design preserving its rationalist style.
