Victory Center is a 16 acre project consisting of an existing 611,047 square foot office building, currently undergoing a $120 million complete exterior and interior renovation. Additional development of up to 1,000,000 square feet on site is possible. The site was formerly home to the Army Materiel Command, and all elements of Victory Center are designed to meet the needs of large, security conscious tenants, including the highest Federal security standards, such as 100 foot standoff distances, secure parking, and blast resistance capabilities.
