  Dears…. I am William Pascal S/O Perianayagam and late. Packiammal from Martalli. I have three Brothers Joseph Sagayam (Mani) H/O Parimala, Jerome H/O Perianayagammal and Madalai Muthu H/O Joyce. MARTALLI – Amazing by just hearing the name of the place. Everyone must love to live in Martalli. Martalli has built with unity & integrity. As Selva Kumar mentioned; Martalli has given many teachers, priests, nuns, armed forces, corporate employees, sport persons and many well educated professionals. I would proudly want to let you know that Martalli is surrounded with Hills and Forests. This place is very near to Tamil Nadu border and of course this is the place where Veerappan has survived for many years. Martalli is situated nearly 60 Kms far from Kollegal and 120 Kms from Mysore. People here in Martalli are co-operative and friendly. Majority of people are Christians (St. Lourdumada Church) and few families are from Hinduism and Muslims. People here cultivate Ragi, Groundnuts, Chili, Maize, Paddy and etc. Many people have moved to other places like Sandana Palyam, Otter thotti, Jalli Palyam, Cowdalli, Jageri, Jakkalli, Thomayar Palayam and many. The people food nature is Ragi and Rice and the local language is Tamil.
