Hog Island is a 200-acre island, located in Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island. There are approximately 120 houses on the Island. Hog Island is similar to rural parts of Maine, in that there is no electricity (unless one has a generator), seasonal running water, and propane appliances. Access is by water only; there are no bridges.
