Built as the Saint Paul Hilton in 1966 as part of revitalization plans for downtown St. Paul. Became the Radisson Plaza in 1976, then the Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront in 2006, then the InterContinental in 2014.

Overlooks the Mississippi River and featured the revolving Carousel restaurant (the only of its kind in the Twin Cities, until it closed in 2006) (23 stories/268 feet)
