The counterpart to City Center in Minneapolis, built in 1980 as a downtown shopping complex. Most noted for its indoor Town Square Park which was closed by the city in 2001 in order to reduce municipal costs. Much of the former stores on street level were converted to offices, including a DMV office. Complex includes the 27-story Bremer Tower, 25-story UBS Plaza and the St. Paul Hilton Garden Inn (formerly the Radisson).
