  • It is an additional bus stand to the the main Kempegowda bus stand. Hence it is a satellite to the "Sun" ie main Bus stand. one need not go to the Sun all the time to board buses. The term satellite is due to the earlier concept of Satellite Towns of BDA, which has been dropped for some unknown reasons. The current Bruhat concept has made earlier BMP to BBMP. Bad town planning.
