The respected late Mr Hans Raj Mahajan built an apple orchard on a hill top opposite to the Bajoo Village. He named it Basant Orchards, after his Mother. Today is is lying in neglect under his Daughter Bindu Mahajan, who has been accused of mistreating her Mother and all kinds of wrong doings, exploiting the orchard labour etc.
