  • The Omaxe city Sonepat project has become a nighmare instead of a dream. It is 5 th year after launch and no possession given even for single villa or plot.The roads, sewage, water tank all still under construction. 95% payament already taken by the builder in April 08 and no sign of completion yet, no poseesion too. Builder is testing the patience of buyers and waiting for some people to unite and take legal action. Then only they will complete the project, it seems
  • Its really not like that possession have been given to the people and many even have started their residence in villas but its only upto the people,when they will be feeling comfortable to move in there.........Moreover, there is no such problem relating to casteism at all. There are bunch people living from different castes or even religion in different localities in sonepat city. Such problems might be existing in villages but that pretty normal eventhough it couldnt be consider as aproblem at all.
