Even though it's called Pakistan School Salalah but it also had students from other nationalities like Sri-Lankans, Indians, Egyptians and British. Most of the management is done through Pakistan Embassy at Muscat. Management Committes made out of parents as its members have also worked for the school voluntarily. PSS has the ability to build strong math and science background in students.

    Thanks for visit of The Ambassador of Inslamic Republic of Pakistan, The Director of Boards Pakistani Schools in Oman, The Principals of Muscat & others Pakistani Schools in the Sultanate of Oman. Please employ the Pakistani Nationals Teachers , qualified, experiencd and expert/specialized in their subjects instead of Sirlankan and un-qualified Pakistani ... The sstudents needs standard of Education which should be accepted by the International Universities for their best studies and future... It is a surprise that the Indian Guy was exployed in HBL Salalah for the process of Passports & ID documents. A large No. of Male & Female qualified Teachers are available in the Sultanate of Oman but un-luckily they are not employed due to no approach to the Chairman of SMC Salalah.

    I love Pakistan and Pakistani School Salalah. Please change the old and unqualified teachers especially who are just personal employees of the Chairman. Now the chairman is not a parent of any student of Pakistani School Salalah and has already completed his tennure. Please announce the date for new election but fair. Now the Masters/Graduate, experts and specialist teachers in their subjects are available in the Salalah . Please announce it in the Oman newspapars for vide publicity and employ the real ones instead of wastage of poor community's money on the Chairman's favorite ones. Why vice principal's wife is teaching the Nursary Class whereas the some specialist teachers are available against the same salary. Please avoid to select/employee by their own willings and give preference to the marit. The school is for wel-educating to the kids not for a politics. I have video and the witness that theRaja Chairman of Social Club Salalah was selected by the Raja Chairman of Social Club Muscat in a gathering of arround 100 persons in the Hilton Hotel Salalah on recommendation of Raja Chairman of School Committe. Is there no one in Oman Salalah instead of Raja brothers.... what is this? Why? Un-luckily the Contract for the extension of buildings for Pakistani School Salalah has also awarded to the Raja...one as a pool system by the order of Chairman Raja... The new Principal is the best one for schools and the students. Let him to work for a longlife time avoid to put him politics of Chairman. It is a fact that if someone teacher is not become a group of chairman he must be removed as a rabbish by chairman as he has personal contacts with all concerned and a big group of Rajas.. in the Embassy and Social Clubs. The Chairman of Social Club Salalah who is under matric was selected by the Raja brothers... Please change the situation and give a chance to the new elected school comittee and young generation in Social Club who have the personal relations with the Pakistani, Omani and all other Communities to raise the funds for construction of new buildings in the school.... During the past years may be shortage of suitable persons but now in 2012 you can find a hundred of competant persons for Social Club, School Committee of parents, and expert male/female teachers. Now the salary of school teachers have been revised reasonably and it is not a justice that the unqualified and the recommended or favorite teache4rs even then a srilankan nurse is an English teacher of Pakistani School. is it not a shameful that we have not english teacher throughout Slalah or Oman or in Pakistan... Please KHAUF-E-KHUDA KARROW aur School main education ka standard improve kernay key liay jald az jald munasib karwai amal mein lai jaway... Board of Directors must visit the Pakistani School Salalah and put the Complain box to collect the complaints in their own presence.. The chairman and Raja brothers Group must be kicked out for a good governance and the best future of school and Salalah Social Club which is under registration otherwise ...

    It is regretted to add the following lines just for the Board and Controllers of the Pakistani Schools, all over the Sultanate of Oman. In view of my above mentioned comments, 2 months ago. Inspite of our best efforts from the Parents of Pakistani School Salalah's students. Mr. Israeil who is the specialist of Chemistery, has been transferred to Sohar, without any reason. The Chairman SMC Salalah whose kids are not in School and his tennure has also been expired. The election for SMC Salalah has not only been announced and the compaign has prooved that everyone hate Chairman Raja, but he approached the concerned Authority in Muscat during Budget Committe Meeting in Muscat. The Election has been suspended for un-known reasons. Why? is their no rules and regulations with Pakistan Embassy and all others concerned, then we must approach the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman to abide the International Law. Of course we get our right to change the autmosphere of the School. During the past 12 years, what has happened everyone is fully converscent with the situation. Why posponed the election. It means the Chairman Raja Ashraf is getting the commision in the Construction of Building in the Pakistani School. Otherwise the contract has been already awarded to the Contractor and the work can be supervised by the new SMC. Please avoid to politics in the School and provide a good SMC with a niece autmosphere to work best for the school and students. Mr. Israeil is a competant in his job and control the school. within a few dast after his transfer some students (boys) make very shameful incident in the school, with the result Mr. Rana the favorite person of Raja Chairman, create a big problems for school and parents.... President SMC did not care and without knowledge of the SMC members, Pricipal transferred by using his own influences with the competant authority.... It is very very bad and shameful that the Board and Embassy is not taking any marital action and close their eyes to know the facts. Please do not postpone the election dates and also cancell the transfer orders of Mr. Isareil, in favor of best results in school and students.

    with reference to the comments of Rehmat Ullah and Shaza Tabusam, It is further added that it is very surprised that how the Board of Directsors, who is controlling the Pakistani schools over all the Sultanate of Oman. He is just playing in the hands of Raja brothers, who have high jacked the school's staff and do not care even then the rules and regulations of Ministry of Education, Sultanate of Oman. It is very shameful that before Raja Ashraf approached the Board of Directors in Muscat and ask them to postpnne the SMC election of Salalah on the grounds that the construction work in the school is not still incomplete and let the elections posponed at least one year. The parents approached the Ministry of Education Sultanate of Oman to review the decition of Board of Directors and Embassy. At least the date of election was announced agin on 9th June, 2012. As the Raja Group which is not popular and understands that they will not get more chance has announced for the Opening Cermeny of new building which is under constructiion. it is very shameful for all of the Pakistan Community and Pak Embassy & the Board of Directors that how one in-complete Project ..... it means that there is something special on this issue. It can be easily find out after a small Audit of all accounts. The peoples who has a little bit sence he must smaill on such activities that the Project is still in progress and how they gathered the peoples for its opening.... They have distributed a circular wherein they have mentioned thir activities, which is totaly based on false. The children needs the best teachers, whereas they transfer Mr. Israel just a month before the election, as he was not a member of their group. They cancelled the visas of Qari Obaid Ullah and also three more expert and specialist teachers as they were not a member of their group. Sril Lankan teacher, Abdul Sattar and someother they are not professional or wel educted in their subjects are still working against a huge salary. The specialist and expert teachers are available in the Salalah but they did not like to employ them, if they are not their favorites one... Please keep a good governaance of the School and abid the Rules and Regulations of the Sultanate of Oman and also the Pakistan.
