The 30-story, 410ft (125m) structure was originally known as the Alcoa Building and served as the aluminum company's headquarters. Completed in 1953, it was the first skyscraper with aluminum facing. In the late 1990s it was converted into a hub for regional nonprofits and small startups.
In 2016, the top half of the building was converted to apartments.
