One of only four remaining prototypes of the F-4 Phantom II in existence, this F-4A Phantom II served with the US Navy in a evaluation and testing role before being retired to the Naval Aviation Museum and finally to the USS Lexington museum. She is displayed in the markings of US Marine Corps Squadron 542 (VMFA-542).
