Yampil is a former village in Ukraine in the Ivankiv district of the Kyiv region. Until 1986, it was part of the Chornobyl district, 13 km from the former district centre, the town of Chornobyl. The village is located on the right bank of the Uzh River.
On the eve of the Chornobyl accident, 153 residents lived in 77 yards of the village. The village consisted of a single 2 km long street.
After the accident on 26 April 1986, the village was evicted due to severe contamination, and the residents were relocated to the villages of Zdvyzhivka and Nove Zalissia in Borodyanka district.
It was officially de-registered in 1999.
