Company Overview
Father Vincent Ferrer & Mrs. Anne Ferrer founded Rural Development Trust popularly called
RDT in the year 1969 with Anantapur as its central headquarters. It is primarily working for the
integrated development of over 2,50,000 rural poor families with a special focus on Daliths, Tribes, Weaker
Sections, Disabled & Women spread across 1874 villages in chronic drought prone Anantapur district of
Andhra Pradesh, South India. It has a total of 1764 full time staff members who are specialists in their
respective fields and about 5500 trained village volunteers covering health, education, ecology, women, and
disability sectors.

With a set of guiding principles (DHARMA) viz., “Concern for others especially poor &
needy”, “Work beyond duty”, “Pursuit of Excellence in Work” & “Reaching as many poor as
possible”

  • this is gv narayana reddy,vincent is confused with poverty and cast,is thirst and bred is for poor or for particular cast,nature and time is same for all of us,if any one see his quoting ,mainely he focused on poverty of anantapur dist,but what RDT is doing,for past around of 30 years in anatapur,in anatapur so many poor people are there,is all of then belongs to one cast,i dont know what intentions he is having,but what he is doing not fair ,go through it if any one want,

  • who r u to ask like this if u know the facilities or what ever they have been provided,first u should know all the details about trust then give a comment what ever u want or learn something from them to help at least 10 persons in your life otherwise u have right to comment as ur wish
