Former Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company Building which was designed c. 1926 in the Art Deco style by Zantzinger, Borie & Medary with sculptural work by Lee Lawrie and metalwork by the Smyser-Royer Company.

It was acquired by the Philadelphia Museum of Art in 1999. In recognition of the $15 million contributed by the Perelmans, the annex was renamed the Ruth and Raymond G. Perelman Building in 2000. Gluckman Mayner Architects restored the building shortly afterwards.
