Opened in 1963 as the Columbus Plaza Hotel. Became the Sheraton-Columbus Motor Hotel in 1965, Sheraton-Columbus Hotel in 1974, The Sheraton Columbus in 1981, The Sheraton Columbus Plaza in 1983. Closed 1987. Reopened 1997 as the Adam's Mark Hotel, renamed Renaissance Columbus Hotel 2004.
