The Citizen Model School has a large spacious building with excellent teaching facilities and playground. On the 10th January 2008 the school celebrated its 20th Annual Day "Gaurav Utsav-2008". A very large number of parents, ex-students and guests attended the function and enjoyed the entertainment. Among the dignitaries were two Delhi State Government Ministers, Mr Singhal & Mr Lovely. During the prize presentation ceremony, two students were presented eco-friendly battery operated scooters for wining first position in Delhi State General Knowledge competition, by the company's Chinese chairman.
