WDVE (known informally as "DVE") is a Classic Rock radio station, and is the highest-rated FM station in the Pittsburgh market. The station has broadcasting rights to Pittsburgh Steelers games during the NFL season. WDVE has been grandfathered by the FCC as a "superpower" FM radio station, meaning that its transmitter is allowed to operate at a power exceeding the 50,000-watt maximum allowed for Class-B stations in the United States (55,000 watts).

WXDX (known informally as "The X at 105.9") is an Alternative radio station, and is the eighth-highest-rated FM station in the Pittsburgh market. The station has broadcasting rights to Pittsburgh Penguins games during the NHL season. Like WDVE, WXDX has been grandfathered by the FCC as a "superpower" FM, so its transmitter power is allowed to exceed the 50,000-watt Class-B limit (72,000 watts).

Both radio stations are owned by Clear Channel.
