  • Puneet just because you are an agent in mullapur does not mean mullapur is great. 1. Mullapur is Punjab, Governance and infrastructure of Punjab is way below Haryana. Look at what they ve done to pir muchalla. 2. I have been to Mullapur. It takes you approx half an hour from PGI. Its a very narrow road, and probaby unsafe. as of now its just a pind. you cant compare it to panchkula. 3. Panchkula is on a progress path, Just look at the new restaurants coming up in pkl. theres bella vista Mall opening up, Page3 fine restaurant. KC 5 star, Hops n grains, nik bakers is coming up. How can u even compare it to Mullapur, which is just a pind right now. Believe it or not, the truth is that Mullapur has only one plus point which has people inetrested, proximity to chandigarh. So i suggest that you stop misleading people on a neutral forum.
  • Moreover just wait for the panchkula IT park to come up. 2012-13 is the deadline to finish construction. Anant Raj constructions have already started on their 10 acre plot. Once the IT park is up and running, and more sectors(Pkl Extn II) come up beyond funcity till kot billa, this area will be gold.
  • Forgot to mention the Nanocity factor on sec 26,27,28....i admit nothing is going to happen in the near future but eventualy something willl shape up.
