  • I dont think any river facing plot is available. Especially due to four laning and beatutification along the river, Plots close to Ghaggar will shoot up in sec 26. River Facing 1 Kanal are still asking for 4.25 or 4.5 Crores. River Facing 10 Marla is roughly 2 Cr or so. They are worth the price...because it is better than staying anywhere else in panchkula.

  • why is huda dropping the idea of lake in the area.... lake shud come up in the area...
  • who said the idea has been dropped? A team of Roorkee IIT and top HUDA officials visited the lake site for the final report submission and it has been considered a feasible project and will be taken fwd.
  • yes , i second that.. idea of lake is still on.. this sector (26) is going to be prime , enhancement fees also going to be reduced by 50-60% in coming days

  • gagan sir, i shifted back to india 3 months back and wanted to buy a 10 marla in this area as old panchkula was verry expensive, i did not get any six marla. they were quoting 1.2 which i thought was quite high, so finally had to settle down for a 4 marla in sector 27, behing the army flats at 75 lkh.

  • Hi Avaya , It is a normal plot but in nice location .. How much you spend for 4 m in sector 27.. As far as i remember , in sector 27 there is a belt of 4 m in front of army flats.
  • Yes, same row only, i got it for 75 Lakh. earlier i thot that i paid 1-2 lakh more that what i should have. But now i think i got a good deal as the prices are increasing every week. And i had a clean deal with a genuine seller, that is also a big plus when doing such big deals.

  • Chopra Chopra ho rakah hai yahan to...I called him and visited this weekend. Some of the cheaper plots are not in good area. Avg. per sq yard cost of good location plot is more than 70K per sq yard.
