  • The SJR group seems to be radically chanding the landscape of bangalore properties by bringing high design to our bangalore buildings. SJR builders, in a recent first for bangalore property developments announced that they are collaborating with the famous 'Marko Ramius ' for their new bangalore building ' SRJ Luxuria'. In SJR Luxuria, SJR builders bangalore , on their websites,have said that "the SJR Luxuria, the latest project by us, the SJR Group, has been built with a balance between contemporary western living and total functionality, for a lifestyle that is peaceful, spacious and comfortable, the Showflat developed by SRJ builders in this property, displays the extent to which one can go to reflect their personal style and is the living proof of this concept. " I did get a chance to go through the design plans provided by SJR builders, and i must say that i am eagerly awaiting completion of this project. i feel this will indeed be another good product from the SJR group
  • I am very impressed with SJR Builders. Their approach, detailed info provision and most of all their properties. Believe it or not, i came across SJR Builders on youtube. They have started a very good response system on youtube, just search for SJR Builders on youtube and you will find their videos. Infact i got interested in SJR Builders after i say this, and am looking at on of their propoerties on Whitefield SJR Builders - Unity. This is a very good project by SJR Builders and is very convenient for me, since i work at iPark. It is very close and i also felt the construction specs were very good. i feel any one working near that are should consider this project. The cost also is quite affordable.
  • SJR Builders are very good, their apartments/buildings are reasonably priced during construction, but what happened to my apartment at SJR Equinox was that it actually appreciated considerably... Infact one of the things that i saw from all the customer comments and my friends ( i was actually recommended to SJR builders by my cousin) was that all their buildings have appreciated... im sure anywhere in bangalore, property appreciates...but from what i have found out these peoples properties seem to have beaten the curve. I am currently not staying there... i just bought it as an investment from my parents in bangalore, and they get constant updates from a rep at sjr builders, and i am really glad that i havent had to intervene for anything, and my parents are pretty happy with the SJR people. I am also actually planning to buy an apartment from SJR builders, when i get back from cannada. Guys are decent... and i am really happy with thm

As i am looking to buy an appartment in Bangalore, this kind of neutral info is really good.   • The first thing about any SJR property is their striking architecture. I own an apartment in SJR Equinox at Electronic city and thier ambience is just superb.I have been to many builders in Bangalore and even the very high end ones can’t match what SJR Group offers.The apartment is very spacious with lots of green, lush green park and gardens that are well maintained.
  • So many options in bannerghatta raod, I opted for luxuria from SJR Builders. Have gone though the feild visit, Everything looks impressive, the plans, prices and other stuff!! I requested them for a customized kitchen set up which they agreed so very glad about it. The people who communicate in SJR are very professional, Thanks SJR
  • Just went for site visit today, I am honestly impresssed by the looks and amenities. Have booked myself a flat at luxuria.Hope all goes well :)
