Building constructed in 2015; this building space used to house a fast food restaurant chain Five Guys from September 6, 2018 until around September 2024. The current space is now a Los Angeles-based fast-casual chicken restaurant chain, opened on February 28, 2025 by owner Ron Stokes of the West Allis-based company Roaring Fork Restaurant Group. This is the 10th restaurant in Wisconsin and 275th in the world!

During the grand opening of Five Guys in 2018, the co-owner of the franchise Kris Humphries (also the former NBA player and former husband of Kim Kardashian) stopped by this spot and greeted fans.
