  • all castes are living here peacefully for the long time . majority is of jat surnames are shokeen, dagar, dabas , etc. . they are living in good accomdations and good houses.pl remove words shanty and immigrants . this village is very old one
  • This is one of the few villages left in Delhi with its Rich Heritage. The Lifestyle & Per Capita Income show that it is not about living in a hut. On the outskirts, we have one of the biggest market in Asia for Ceramic Tiles, Marble & other Construction materials. So, this is a village flodded with big showrooms & with its booming economy, the residents enjoy a much better PPP(Purchasing Power Parity) than the rest of Delhi. All these factors make it a perfect place for attracting thounsands of economic immigrants. Its my humble request to remove the word shanty accomodations. I have spent precious 27 years of my life here & could not find anything shanty about it..... Thanks Gautam Shokeen (a proud ex-resident of MPK)
  • nice people liviling in the village ,no cast descrimination, all have some specific relationships with others. every body knows who living in the village.not only jats..even kumhar,maali, sunar etc are integral part of the land space....

  • PEOPLES FROM VILLAGE MIGRATE TO NEWLY DEVELOPED COLONIES LIKE ROHINI AND PITAMPURA, NOW MANGOL PUR KALAN VILLAGE IS MUCH LIKE A MINI BIHAR AND NOTHING MORE.

The road between the village at which main marble market situtated is also known as GURU GOLVALKER MARG. The village is now not a village but well settle marble market custmers comes across allover north india mainly DELHI,HARYANA,U.P.,PUNJAB,HIMACHAL,J&K,UTARAKHAND.
