Shiriya temple
Lord SankaraNarayna is the main idol,along with VeeraBadhara on left and Sastha on right side of main idol. The temple itself is below sea level, hence the Idols are immersed in water for six months and next six months in normal stage. The temple is originally owned by THE ATKATHAR FAMILY of the locality who migrated to southern Travancore and Mangalore in the 20th centrury. Now the temple is managed by Malabar Devaswom Board.
