park, garden, christianity, NRHP - National Register of Historic Places, green area, small architectural form
The area behind the Tabernacle — surrounded by the vehicle-free and circumambulatory Trinity Place — Trinity Park is the core of the hillside community of Mount Tabor, named for a biblical mountain in the Levant. Much of the Victorian architecture surrounding is featured on its cottages, sporting period paints and gingerbread ornamentation. Much of the community was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district in 2015.
