8-level parking garage completed in 1965. Designed by Max Siegel Associates, the front facade is clad in grey pre-cast concrete with a pattern of abstract triangles. The ground floor is black stone, with a wide vehicle entrance in the center, and black metal pedestrian doors at the ends.

The upper floors have single-windows at both ends, and the top two levels at set back from the building line.
