Bamburgh Castle is an imposing castle located on the coast at Bamburgh in Northumberland, England. It is a home of the Armstrong family and was once the capital of the Kingdom of Northumbria and then the Earldom before the Norman Conquest. After which it was granted by the Norman king to the Percy family, the new earls of Northumberland.
