Gingelom is a municipality in the Belgian province of Limburg. The municipality has more than 8,000 inhabitants. Gingelom belongs to the electoral canton and the judicial canton of Sint-Truiden.
In 1970, Gingelom annexed the municipality of Niel-bij-Sint-Truiden before giving its name to the merged municipality in 1977.
In addition to Gingelom itself, the merged municipality includes 10 sub-municipalities. The municipality of Gingelom also includes the hamlets of Hasselbroek, Heiselt, Hundelingen, Klein-Jeuk and Klein-Vorsen.
