Mayantoc is a municipality in the landlocked province of Tarlac in the Philippines. As of the 2010 Census, it had a population of 29,987 people.

Mayantoc was derived from the word "yantoc", or rattan palm which was abundant in the area. The place later became "ma-yantoc" as it's official name.
