480,000 ft², opened 1985 as the headquarters for the manufacturing company TRW. The company was sold to Northrop Grumman in 2002, and the building was closed and all employees moved out. In 2005 the Cleveland Clinic moved in and occupied the space until 2017. In 2023 it was sold and demolition got underway, to be completed in 2024
