Building constructed between late 2021 and around Spring 2022, doughnut shop and ice cream parlor chain both opened on May 10, 2022. Its original Dunkin' location was located at 1171 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South (currently Kwik Trip gas station and convenient store). This is also the first Baskin-Robbins location in the Wisconsin Dells area.

The second Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins locations were opened at 2415 Wisconsin Dells Parkway in Wisconsin Dells in mid-July 2022.
