3-story modernist commercial building completed in 2004. It is clad in a glass-and-metal curtain wall. The ground floor along the avenue has two recessed bays with entrances; the northern one has two sets of glass double-doors, and the southern one has a single set, flanked by display-windows. There is another entrance on the north facade on 58th Street, and two sets of metal service doors at the east end. The facade is different at the east end, with grey metal panels at the ground floor, and smaller window panes with grey metal spandrels above. The building is occupied by Orange Theory Fitness, Santander Bank, and Casper mattresses.
