Sugarbush is a unique community in that residents in phase 1 and 2 of the development are required to be members of the Indian Park Association who maintains common land surrounding the residences and a recreation facility and pool.
Phase 1 and 2 residences are mainly chalets initially developed as vacation homes, however, the community is now a mix of permanent residents and "weekenders".
Phase 3 and 4 are more traditional permanent homes.
