You can move freely without worrying about something collapsing however you still need to be careful. There's two stories, a lot of rooms and an accessible roof which I was easily able to walk and jump on the last time I went there. The windows and most likely the doors have been sealed with wood now so I don't know what other entries there might be.
There's probably cameras inside the building too considering they sealed the doors and windows and the last time I went there, a white van came to the front door like 10 minutes after I left the building.
Don't make too much noise and stay clear from the windows, you can be spotted by people outside.Don't break anything either, just explore.
