This pool has been around since like the 1920's. It was huge in the 80's but interest tapered off when syringes were often left at the base of the slide. These problems seem to have been cleaned up and it now gets a fair bit of patronage. It is soon to have a revamp as part of the Wynnum-Manly Local Redevelopment Plan.
