  • During the night from the distance flat grounds you could see this area bright light. Some think it looks like a city with lights and tall structors.. But these are just what BP's Refinery is that looks different from seen it further away. It looks beautiful from distance. Reminds me of hongkong city. As you get closer to this area its no where near as what you thought it was.
