The La Dole tower is a 112-meter high free-stranding tower used for FM and TV broadcasting. Up to 1958 this tower was in Sottens, used along with another tower to support a T-antenna for medium-wave broadcasting. In 1958 the tower was dismantled and re-erected on La Dole.
